This Summer, we're kicking off our brand series, "The Great Garden Picnic". The Buzz & Bloom Garden Box is your first invitation to the picnic, the Little Green Thumbs Box will be your journey into planting, and the Teddy Bears Picnic Box will be the grand finale. We're bringing the magic of a bustling bee garden right to your home, ready to spark curiosity, engage all the senses, and create joyful, screen-free memories.

Your Buzz & Bloom Garden Box is a treasure chest of possibilities, a launchpad for countless stories and discoveries. To get your journey started, here are the four special hands-on projects included in your box. Think of these as the first pages in your Great Garden Picnic Storybook—but the real magic happens when you create your own!

Your Adventure Awaits...
1. The Little Bee Keeper's Garden
First, let's set the scene with a delightful sensory garden! This is the perfect place for your bees to live and play.

What you'll need from your box: Your Sensory Dry Mix, busy bees, honeycomb and little white tongs.

What you'll need from home: A tray or dish to play in.

How to Play:

Set the scene: Empty the Sensory Dry Mix into your play tray or tub.

Hide and Seek: Hide the busy bees under the mix. Can your little explorer find them all? Get those fine motor skills going with your little tongs if you can.

Time for Honey: Fly the bees over to the honeycomb. Explore all the different textures with your hands as you scoop, pour and play!

2. The Magical Flower Petal Potion
Every magical garden needs a sweet-smelling potion. This one is a feast for the senses!

What you'll need from your box: Your bag of flower Textured Treasures, the Explorer's Elixir, and your wooden scoop.

What you'll need from home: A bowl, dish or tray and a cup of water.

How to Play:

Mix the Magic: Empty the Textured Treasures and the Explorer's Elixir into your bowl.

Just Add Water: Pour in your cup of water and watch the colours swirl!

Stir the Potion: Use your wooden scoop to mix, stir, and scoop. Don't forget to lean in and have a little sniff of the sweet flowers! Can you see the shimmer?

3. Make Your Own Golden Honey!
You can't have a bee garden without honey! Get ready to mix up your very own pot of golden, gooey goodness.

What you'll need from your box: Your "Make your own honey" dry mix, the honey pot, and your honey stick.

What you'll need from home: A little bit of water and a small bowl or plate for drizzling and playing.

How to Play:

The Magic Mix: Carefully empty the dry mix into your honey pot.

Add Water & Shake: Top it up with water, secure the lid, and shake, shake, shake! Can you see it shimmer? Can you feel it thickening?

Time to Drizzle: Open the pot and use your honey stick to mix, stir, and play. Grab a bowl and practice tipping, pouring, and drizzling your magical 'honey'! It's a bit sticky, a bit gooey and a bit messy! But a WHOLE lot of fun!

4. The "Honey Through the Hive" Challenge!
Now for a bit of magic! Let's help the bees turn flower pollen into sweet honey, right before your eyes!

What you'll need from your box: Your 'pollen' (Explorer's Elixir dropper), your magic wand, and the colourful picture of the flower, bees, hive and honey!

What you'll need from home: Nothing else! Everything you need is right here!

How to Create the Magic:

Set the Scene: Take a minute to explain how the bees take the pollen from the flowers to the hive to make the honey. Now they're ready to play and learn!

Drop the Pollen: Take your 'pollen' (Explorer's Elixir dropper) and carefully drop a few dots onto the flowers at the top of your page.

Now for the magic: Use your wand to slowly drag the colourful pollen from the flowers, over to the bees. If you go nice and slow, even the bigger drops with stay together with a bit of bee magic! Once the bees have all the pollen it's time for them to take it to the hive, then all the way down into the honey jar!
