Your First Box: When you first subscribe, you will be charged for your first box immediately.

Ongoing Subscription: For all future boxes, you will be billed automatically each month, with a reminder email sent to you a few days prior.

Your First Box: We want you to start exploring right away! Your first box (the one you sign up with) will be packed and sent within 1-3 business days of your order.

Ongoing Subscription: All subsequent monthly boxes are shipped within 1-3 business days of your billing date.

Here’s a simple example:

• You subscribe on November 10th. You are billed immediately, and we ship your first box (e.g., the Coral Reef box) right away.
• Your first *renewal* charge will then be on 10th December. This payment is for the December Buzz & Bloom Garden Box.
